Friday night Ellie, Kyle & I had a special "Big Girl's Night" and took Ellie out for pizza in the Old Market and then to Disney On Ice. The anticipation nearly did her in! She thought it was pretty cool that she was going out with us while Emily had to stay home with the babysitter (aka Nana Diane). :) While Kyle & I weren't all that impressed with Disney On Ice, watching Ellie's face light up for the different characters and listening to her yell "Hi Mickey" was well worth it! It was fun to have an evening with just her (and no diaper bag, diapers, or other assorted baby stuff!). Now, we'll have to remember in the future that Emily needs this time alone too...!!
