Basement - major progress!

So, we didn't have much of a weekend, but we do have some major basement progress to show for it! We have a lot more tile in place, cabinets hung, all painting complete, doors & casing hung AND, as of today, carpet!! It now feels like a room, not a basement!
We hung out down there tonight for the first time, just letting the girls run & play in the wide open space. I think they'd prefer it if we never put actual furniture in. (Both girls also found out tonight that there is even a "Time Out" step in the new basement!)
We do have quite a punch list left...trim to put up, tile to grout, sinks to hook up, TV to hang, window treatments, and on and on, so don't think for a minute that we'll be relaxing any time soon.
My goal is football season...no more work once football Saturdays start!
