One of my best friends from college, Laura, just welcomed her first baby - an adorable little girl named Anna Kate. They live in Houston, but were back visiting her parents in Iowa. Kyle & I got to meet the new arrival while we were in Cedar Rapids/Iowa City over the weekend. She is 6 weeks old and I am so glad I got to see her while she is still in the newborn phase -- something so sweet about that time! :) Congrats Laura - she's beautiful!
